1. Returns

- Items must in the same condition as received.
- Certain items such as personal care, beauty products, or clearance items are non-returnable.

2. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
- your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 24-72 business hours.
- Please note: A 15% restocking/processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
3. Exchanges

4. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be processed.
